Retail Part-Time Customer Experience Manager

Overview

Store - CLEV-SOLON, OH

Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing front-end operations and expectations. Lead omnichannel processes, maintain store recovery standards, and ensure friendly customer service.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist Store Manager in adhering to SOPs and company programs to ensure legal compliance and store standards.
  2. Ensure front-end policies are followed; achieve KPIs and manage team performance.
  3. Plan and execute in-store events and manage omnichannel processes.
  4. Manage shrink, safety, cash reconciliation, and inventory processes.
  5. Assist with onboarding new team members and train staff to achieve results.
  6. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
  7. Interact positively with customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
  8. Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and cross-train in custom framing sales and production.
  9. Lead high-quality custom framing delivery in stores without a Framing Manager.
Qualifications and Skills

Retail management experience preferred. Ability to remain standing, move throughout the store, lift heavy items, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings.
