Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Store Associate for our Disney Springs Town Center location in Lake Buena Vista, FL. You will provide a best-in-class retail experience, guide customers on fabrics, fit and function, and help drive sales with energetic teamwork and strong communication.

You’ll engage customers across the store and events, balance inventory needs, and support store managers to meet aggressive goals while maintaining a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Familiar with active lifestyle activities and products.
• Ability to engage customers and communicate effectively.
• Ability to work with large teams and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory processes.
• Self-motivated, proactive and reliable.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class retail store experience.
• Engage customers with product knowledge on fabrics, fit, and features.
• Drive customer engagement through store events and promotions.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager.
• Maintain store merchandising and contribute to sales goals.
