Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc. seeks a reliable Retail Parking Attendant at our Houston location to guide traffic, organize parking, keep areas clean, and deliver friendly customer service.

This on-site role is based at 6000 Jensen Drive and follows Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–5:00 PM with Saturdays 7:30 AM–12:00 PM; you will work in varying weather, outdoors, and alongside delivery vehicles and equipment. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, parking, warehouse, yard operations, general labor, or similar environments preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification is a plus.
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded.
• Ability to perform physical tasks throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Direct customers and visitors to designated parking areas.
• Monitor parking lot activity and help maintain safe traffic flow.
• Assist customers with questions and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized parking areas, walkways, and customer areas.
• Pick up debris and perform general housekeeping duties throughout the facility.
• Place, remove, and organize product tags, labels, stickers, and signage as needed.
• Assist with general material handling, product movement, loading, unloading, and staging as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding safety, traffic control, and customer needs.
• Follow work instructions and company safety policies and procedures.

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Retail Parking Attendant to assist with traffic flow, parking organization, facility cleanliness, and customer service at our Houston location. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to handle, reach, grasp, and move materials.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs. and regularly lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a busy work environment.

Working Conditions:

• Work is performed both indoors and outdoors.
• Regular exposure to heat, cold, rain, humidity, and other weather conditions.
• Frequent interaction with customers, delivery vehicles, forklifts, cranes, and other moving equipment.
• Required use of PPE appropriate to the work environment.
• Exposure to moderate to high noise levels depending on operational activity.
