Job summary

Sephora is seeking an Operations Associate at our Long Beach store to be the backbone of daily store operations, from inventory management to visual merchandising. You’ll ensure smooth processes and deliver an exceptional client experience, supported by organization and teamwork.

The role requires 1-2 years in retail or similar settings, strong communication, and a willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail/hospitality/client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge.

Responsibilities
