Ralph Lauren in Las Vegas is seeking an Operations Support Associate to help run day-to-day store operations. You will handle receiving deliveries, process merchandise, support the sales floor, and maintain stockroom organization according to company guidelines.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong customer service, and flexibility to adapt to business needs. It may be full-time or part-time depending on staffing.

Qualifications

• Back of house experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash-wrap and office; work around/with chemicals, lift/climb up to 30 lbs. and climb moderately.

Responsabilités

• Process freight within specified Units per Hour goals, including markups/markdowns and EAS tagging.
• Inspect deliveries for damages, verify packaging, and ensure proper sensor/tag placement.
• Execute daily RFID inventory scans for accurate floor replenishment.
• Manage "Ship to Home" orders and store-to-store transfers.
• Complete ISOS replenishment activities and stock room resets.
• Process retickets, create tags, and associate RFID tags.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory levels using company guidelines.
• Create memorable customer experiences through exceptional service.
• Support Brand Ambassadors with stock checks and merchandise delivery.
• Greet and assist customers with their shopping needs when on sales floor.
