Qualifications

• Reads, writes, and understands English at an 8th-grade level.
• Performs arithmetic to make change and complete shift reports.
• Able to validate ID for tobacco/alcohol where required by regulation.
• Can lift up to 30 pounds and handle product cases.
• Remain calm and follow procedures in emergencies.
• Tolerates gasoline fumes and cleaning products; able to work in varied temperatures.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate the station during a shift, following company policy and driving store profitability.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner and greet each guest.
• Prepare shift reports as required by guidelines.
• Provide best possible customer service and promote specials.
• Maintain safety and appearance of the store and surrounding area.
• Support the Health and Safety program and report incidents promptly.
