Qualifications

• Previous administrative, retail, bookkeeping, or supermarket experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry.
• Ability to stand for extended periods when assisting as a cashier.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Enter vendor invoices and bills accurately into the system.
• Verify invoice details, pricing, quantities, and product information.
• Maintain and update retail pricing in accordance with company guidelines.
• Prepare and print price tags, shelf labels, and promotional signage.
• Ensure promotional signs are accurate, timely, and displayed correctly throughout the store.
• Communicate with department managers regarding pricing discrepancies or promotional changes.
• Assist with price audits to ensure pricing accuracy at the register.
• Maintain organized records and documentation related to invoices and pricing.
• Provide cashier coverage during busy periods, breaks, lunches, or staffing shortages.
• Process customer transactions accurately while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist with additional administrative and store operational duties as assigned.
