Qualifications

• Read, understand and write English at the eighth-grade level.
• Ability to perform arithmetic calculations to make change and balance shift reports.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and maintain store appearance and safety.
• Demonstrates a friendly, professional approach to customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with management on store operations in a timely manner.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner and prepare a shift report.
• Provide the best customer experience, greet customers with a smile and promote specials.
• Support safety and station appearance and minimize safety risks.
• Report accidents, injuries, or illnesses promptly and complete safety orientation.
