Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write the English language at the eighth-grade level.
• Perform arithmetic calculations at the eighth-grade level to make change and balance shift reports.
• Must be able to validate identification prior to selling tobacco and/or alcohol as required by regulation.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle cases of milk, beverages, and groceries with proper lifting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers with a smile.
• Promote specials and suggest purchases to customers.
• Prepare shift reports and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and appearance; follow company policies and safety regulations.
