Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support daily store operations, ensuring merchandise is stocked and the sales floor remains clean and inviting. The role focuses on executing store tasks, replenishment, and inventory processes to back the sales team.

You will work with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to meet performance metrics while maintaining strong guest service and adherence to company policies. A flexible schedule includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsabilidades

• Meet retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available for purchase.
• Ensure compliance and execution of task dashboard, shipments, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain attendance and store standards.
