Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to help deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining stocked fixtures, cleanliness, and smooth store operations. The role supports the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager by focusing on performance, people, and processes with attention to detail and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities include replenishment, inventory procedures, planograms, and executing shipments using Ulta Beauty’s best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver store operations excellence to support sales goals and guest experience.
• Keep fixtures stocked and store clean; follow procedures for inventory and merchandising.
• Adhere to dress code and Ulta Beauty policies, and use company tech for processes.
• Drive replenishment, shipments, merchandise resets, and planograms as directed.
• Maintain overall store standards including restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break areas.
