Job summary

Sephora Boca Town Center is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities include inventory management, visual merchandising, and driving sales while maintaining Sephora standards.

This role offers flexible scheduling (Full Time, Part Time, or Flex) with an emphasis on reliability, teamwork, and a strong client focus in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge.
• Ability to support outstanding client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations by managing inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Deliver exceptional service by supporting the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
