Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate in St. Louis, MO to drive profitability and efficiency across store operations. You will work with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute inventory processes, support shipments, and maintain visual standards on the sales floor.

The role requires 1+ years in a client-centric, sales and operational environment, constant movement, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Full-Time, with 32–40 hours weekly and availability through holiday periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Constant movement in all store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stands and moves for entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with store leadership to close gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor.
