A leading music retailer in San Antonio is seeking an Operations Associate to manage inventory control tasks, including shipping, receiving, and merchandising products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate collaboration, customer focus, and organizational skills. Responsibilities also include printing signage and maintaining awareness of shrink control. Candidates must have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office and be able to lift up to 40 lbs. This role offers a vibrant work environment ideal for music lovers.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Able to work in a loud environment for 5-8 hours.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Tasks related to inventory control.
• Shipping and receiving of gear and other items.
• Cycle Counting of Inventory (preparation and execution).
• Stocking and merchandising to a planogram.
• Printing and placing of signage and price signs (POP).
• Shrink awareness and control.
• Additional duties as assigned.
