Job summary

A leading music retailer is seeking an Operations Associate to handle inventory control and ensure a positive customer experience. In this role, you will manage stock shipments, merchandising, and participate in team collaboration and customer service. Ideal candidates will have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office and be comfortable working in a vibrant, fast-paced environment, including the ability to lift items up to 40 lbs. Flexible scheduling is required including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Able to work in a loud environment for 5-8 hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Tasks related to inventory control.
• Shipping and receiving of gear and other items.
• Cycle Counting of Inventory (preparation and execution).
• Stocking and merchandising to a planogram.
• Printing and placing of signage and price signs (POP).
• Shrink awareness and control.
• Additional duties as assigned.
