Job summary

Sephora TX-Gates of Prosper store is seeking an Operations Associate to keep daily operations running smoothly, from inventory management to visual merchandising and event setup. You’ll help ensure an exceptional client experience and uphold Sephora’s standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Candidates typically have 1–2 years in retail or a similar setting, strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
