Ulta Beauty in Flower Mound, TX is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and guest experience. You will help keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager in meeting performance targets.

Responsibilities include executing tasks per procedures, replenishing merchandise, completing inventory procedures, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for guests and teammates through adherence to policies and a strong work ethic.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Meet store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to the task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and contribute to an inclusive environment for teammates and guests.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent guest experiences.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and shipments using Ulta Beauty tools and best practices.
