Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Denton, TX is seeking a Task Associate to support sales and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager through timely, accurate tasks.

Youll contribute to achieving store goals, follow procedures, complete inventory processes, and participate in ongoing brand and category training to grow professionally. Flexible shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Proficiency with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet store goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and inventory processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Foster an inclusive environment supporting teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing brand and category training for development and sales.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies and dress code.
• Perform merchandise resets, planograms, displays, stock procedures, and shipments.
• Keep work area replenished and testers available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across sales floor, restrooms, cash wrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect assets by following loss prevention practices.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
