Position Overview

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales and net contribution objectives, responding to requests, and resolving complaints from store employees and customers. You will report to the Zone Operations Manager and supervise PPG Store Managers in the Cincinnati Area.

Key Responsibilities

1. Direct store operations in the assigned region.
2. Ensure implementation of plans, standards, and policies to meet or exceed sales and revenue goals cost-effectively.
3. Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to enhance customer service strategies.
4. Provide feedback to the Zone Operations Manager for regional strategy development and long-term planning.
5. Implement marketing programs across regional stores to foster growth.
6. Monitor store personnel activities to ensure safety compliance and minimize workplace injuries.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 5+ years retail management experience.
2. Professional experience managing a retail or wholesale store.
3. Willingness to travel regularly within the region; valid driver’s license required.
