Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Help plan actions for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Step in for Store Manager when absent.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department standards.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and trends.
• Ensure extraordinary customer service per manuals.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Uphold company policies and internal controls; report fraud risk.
