Job summary

Sephora Lenox Square in Atlanta is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily store operations, from inventory control to visual merchandising, ensuring a seamless client experience.

You will help with stock, deliveries, and event setup; collaborate with the team to meet sales goals; and uphold Sephora’s standards for service, inclusivity, and safety. The role requires 1–2 years in retail or customer-facing environments, with flexible scheduling and hourly pay between $18 and $20.50.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
