You will support across multiple facets of our business, from our retail floor to our bakery store operations, and you'll help modernize reporting systems and improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field
• Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends (especially TikTok)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in inventory management
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail and food service environment
• High level of initiative, assertiveness and self-direction
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
• Ability to perform with minimal supervision as skills grow
• Strong desire to learn quickly and develop new skills

Responsibilities

• Office Support and Systems Migration: Assist in the transition of sales reporting systems from Excel to Google Sheets
• Maintain and update weekly sales reports to provide actionable business insights
• Learn and execute inventory controls, stock transfers, and the cash register audit process
• Collaborate with multiple company departments to drive objectives and problem-solving
