AutoNation in the United States is seeking a Retail Operations Development Manager to partner with Market and Store leadership to drive improved Variable Operations results. You will coach general managers and sales managers to execute AutoNation Sales Processes and develop sustainable action plans.

The role involves conducting in-store visits, analyzing market data, developing leaders, and collaborating with Phone and eCommerce Teams to maximize results. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

5 years automotive retail experience.
2 years automotive sales management experience.
Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-store visits with GMs and Sales Managers to drive results through improved process execution.
Analyze market and store data to identify opportunities and prioritize workload.
Develop leaders, coaches, and teams through one-on-one coaching.
Collaborate with Phone and eCommerce Teams to maximize results via staffing and processes.
Support Market/Region events and pilot programs related to sales operations.
