Job summary

The Honest Company in Minneapolis is seeking a Retail Operations Planner to manage account servicing for big box and boutique retailers. You will help scale our fast-growing retail business by delivering excellent customer service and accurate order processing.

You will maintain catalogs, resolve issues, coordinate with fulfillment, and partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to drive revenue and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supply chain, warehouse or logistics
• Experience with major CPG accounts and vendor requirements
• Strong Excel and analytics skills
• Ability to prioritize and communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Manage retail order processing and fulfillment to standards
• Maintain customer catalogs and handle exceptions
• Resolve product or service issues with timely solutions
• Provide order management analysis and improve service metrics
• Coordinate with fulfillment and sales to meet customer requirements and revenue goals
