Job summary

Bergdorf Goodman in New York City seeks an Operations Associate for Women’s Ready-To-Wear to support stocking, receiving, and merchandise handling while maintaining stockroom organization and ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will assist with fulfillment, packing and shipping of online and store orders, price updates, signage, and event setup, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Safety and accuracy are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Basic proficiency with Google and MS Office Product Suite.
• Able to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily store operations and assist leads and managers.
• Merchandise handling, transfers, and processing inbound/outbound freight.
• Fulfillment, packing and shipping of online and store orders.
• Reticketing, price changes, signage, and stock maintenance.
• Back stocking, stockroom organization and inventory control.
• Assist with in-store events and activations; follow safety procedures.
