Job summary

Bergdorf Goodman is seeking a Support Associate to assist with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling to support store sales and the customer experience.

The role requires 1+ year of retail experience, basic MS Office proficiency, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Physical tasks may include lifting up to 35 pounds and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience required.
• Demonstrate flexibility with competing tasks and a 'win together' attitude.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
• Roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 35 pounds.
• Associates must work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily store operations and support leads and managers.
• Merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound/outbound freight.
• Fulfillment, packing and shipping of online and store customer orders.
• Place merchandise to maintain standards and signage.
• Manage price changes and reticketing; update signs and moves as needed.
• Back stock, stockroom organization and maintenance.
• Assist with set-up and takedown of in-store events and activations.
• Follow all safety procedures on the dock and in all work areas.
