Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write the English language at the eighth-grade level.
• Arithmetic to make change and complete shift reports.
• Ability to validate identification prior to selling tobacco/alcohol.
• Lift up to 30 pounds.
• Remain calm and follow policies in emergencies.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and various temperatures.
• Perform general housekeeping duties.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate the station during shift to support profitability and store growth.
• Communicate with management on store operations quickly and clearly.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Prepare a shift report at the end of the shift.
• Provide the best customer experience, greet customers, and promote specials.
• Maintain safety and appearance of the store and environment.
• Report accidents, injuries, incidents, or illnesses promptly.
