Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation is seeking a Sales Associate to support the station’s daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, greet customers with a smile, and promote store specials. You will help maintain a safe, clean environment and assist with shift reporting and adherence to policy.

The role requires ability to handle various temperatures, physical lifting, and compliance with ID checks for tobacco/alcohol; 18+ and English literacy are required. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write the English language at the eighth-grade level.
• Ability to validate Identification prior to selling tobacco and/or alcohol.
• Can lift up to 30 pounds and carry cases of milk cartons and soft drinks, beer and juice containers.
• Ability to remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures in emergencies.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Ability to work in various temperature environments (coolers, outdoors, store).
• Perform general housekeeping duties as needed.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed; communicate with management on store operations.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Prepare a shift report at end of shift per guidelines.
• Provide the best customer experience to every customer and greet with a smile.
• Promote specials and suggest purchases to customers.
• Execute the customer service program at the site level; ensure safety and station appearance compliance.
