Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to help deliver exceptional guest experiences by keeping fixtures stocked, maintaining store cleanliness, and completing assigned tasks. You will support managers in achieving performance metrics and ensuring compliance with procedures while working as part of a team and independently when needed.

Responsibilities include merchandise resets, inventory procedures, shipments, and maintaining overall store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Meet store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and complete shipment, replenishment, inventory, and merchandising duties.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Support management through focused performance, people, and process improvements.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and delivering guest service.
