Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, ensuring shelves are stocked, displays maintained, and everyday tasks completed accurately. You will help drive sales by keeping merchandise available and store standards high, while following procedures and using Ulta's technology.

The role requires flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and holidays, with an emphasis on teamwork, reliability, and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology; ability to operate POS and Apple devices.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including the shipment and replenishment processes, merchandise sets, and inventory counts and procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
