As a Retail Operations Associate, you will be responsible for the receipt, movement, storage, and stocking of materials to meet operational needs in a large warehouse and outlet store. This role requires the ability to operate equipment such as a compactor, bale machine, tipper, and hand truck from the dock, warehouse, or storage yard.

Key duties include but are not limited to:

1. Positioning receptacles like tables, gaylords, bins, totes, or other containers to facilitate loading, including trash receptacles.
2. Moving freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, and delivery vehicles, ensuring proper sorting and storage by category.
3. Loading and unloading outlet tables, moving materials throughout the store, and organizing materials in designated areas within and outside the facility.
4. Maintaining cleanliness by cleaning, mopping, taking out trash, decluttering, and reorganizing to ensure the warehouse is free of debris and hazards.

External Hiring Range: $12.00 per hour

Experience with production, material movement, or warehouse organization is preferred.
