Guitar Center Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate in Atlanta to help ensure a great in-store experience. You will handle daily tasks, shipping and receiving gear, and merchandising to planograms while supporting customers and teammates.

Candidates should be comfortable using Microsoft Office, able to lift up to 40 pounds, and available weekends and evenings in a fast-paced retail environment. This role offers benefits and opportunities within a music-focused company.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be able to work in a loud environment for 5-8 hours.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control tasks.
• Shipping and receiving of gear and other items.
• Cycle counting of inventory (preparation and execution).
• Stocking and merchandising to a planogram.
• Printing and placing of signage and price signs (POP).
• Cash handling.
• Shrink awareness and control.
• Additional duties as assigned.
