Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, ensure products are stocked, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience. The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to procedures, and collaboration with the Merchandise and Operations Managers.

The position requires basic tech comfort with POS and devices, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Flexible hours and a strong emphasis on safety and standards are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of all operational processes including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates, peers, and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training to enable professional development and drive sales performance.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s policies and dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and inventory procedures using Ulta Beauty’s technology and best practices.
• Keep work areas replenished, faced, and tester availability; maintain store cleanliness and protect assets.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
