Sephora Tallahassee is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising, to help deliver a seamless client experience. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar retail or client-focused role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to learn product knowledge quickly and communicate effectively.
• Capable of delivering outstanding client service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team player with a goal-driven mindset.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups.
