Sephora in Lake Nona West – Orlando, FL is seeking an Operations Associate to keep daily store operations smooth, from inventory to merchandising and client experiences. You’ll support stock replenishment, merchandise promotion setups, and teamwork to hit sales goals. This role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
