Sephora is seeking an Operations Associate at the Desert Ridge Marketplace store in Phoenix, AZ. This part-time position supports daily store operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising to ensure a seamless client experience.

You will collaborate with a busy retail team, handle stock replenishment, assist with promotional setups, and help uphold Sephora standards while delivering exceptional service to clients during nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge.
• Ability to support outstanding client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
