Job summary

SephoraDesert Ridge Marketplace is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily store operations in Phoenix, AZ. You will manage inventory, stock, and fulfillment while assisting visual merchandising and promotions.

You’ll deliver outstanding client service, work with a collaborative team, and help meet sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and commit to varied shifts.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge.
• Ability to support outstanding client service.
