Job summary

Sephora in Vancouver is seeking an Operations Associate to support fast-paced store operations, ensure accurate order fulfillment for pickups, and help maintain inventory for customers. You will contribute to a clean, smoothly running store and assist with sales events and promotions.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while providing excellent client service in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience, preferably in operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring Accurate Order Fulfillment: Ensure orders are accurately fulfilled and excellent service is provided during pickup.
• Maintaining Inventory: Help maintain a well-stocked store for our clients.
• Store Maintenance: Contribute to a clean, smoothly operating store.
• Supporting Sales and Promotional Events: Participate in setup and execution of sales events and promotions.
