Sephora is hiring an Operations Associate in Seattle to support daily store operations, manage inventory, and assist with visual merchandising. You will help deliver exceptional client experiences and contribute to achieving sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires strong organization, reliability, and a passion for beauty. Flexible scheduling is available with options across 15–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends, at the Ballard location.
