Nouria Energy Corporation is seeking a Sales Associate to support station operations, assist customers, and uphold a welcoming, safe store environment. The role requires a friendly demeanor, ability to multitask, and adherence to safety standards.

The position offers starting pay of $16.00 per hour, with benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and company-paid life insurance. 18+ and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Formación

• Read, understand, and write English at an eighth‑grade level.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to lifts up to 50 pounds at times.
• Ability to remain calm and respond according to policies in emergencies.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.

Responsabilidades

• Operate the station during the shift to support profitability and customer service.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Prepare a shift report at the end of the shift per guidelines.
• Provide the best customer experience and greet customers with a smile.
• Promote specials and suggest purchases to customers.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the store and surroundings.
