Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support daily store operations, maintain merchandising and cleanliness, and ensure product availability for customers. The role emphasizes following procedures and contributing to sales performance in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have basic tech skills (POS systems, Apple devices), the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and products are available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of all operational processes including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
