Location: North 40 Outfitters in Mead, WA

We are seeking a Full-Time Operations Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The role involves assisting with daily operations, managing staff, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, retail management experience, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This position is a training role, preparing for a Store Manager position, with responsibilities including supporting decision-making and operational oversight.

This is a full-time role requiring flexibility to work scheduled shifts between Mon-Sat 7 am to 7 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm, including weekends and holidays, with potential for 50+ hours/week.

Qualifications

• Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising staff
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching
• Address employee concerns professionally
• Train receiving teams for stock handling
• Conduct disciplinary actions as needed

Customer Service
