Job summary

You will participate in hiring and onboarding of new Associates, manage cash office duties, and assist with scheduling and training to strengthen team performance. The role offers a competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Team player, able to train others.

Responsibilities

• Supports store management in the execution of store related administrative functions.
• Ensures an excellent customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
• Takes an active role in the hiring process (scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, etc.) and in the onboarding process of new Associates.
• Maintains Associate personnel files.
• Performs daily cash office functions and maintains cash office standards.
• Supports Operations Assistant Store Manager with scheduling, expense account monitoring, supply inventory and requisition.
