Simmons Bank is seeking a Network Planning Manager to lead strategy and execution for optimizing the retail branch and ATM network. This role ensures the bank’s physical footprint is aligned with growth opportunities, client demand, and market potential to maximize profitability and customer acquisition.

In this role you’ll partner with Finance, Retail, and Strategy to evaluate ROI, lead site selection and optimization initiatives, and drive a sales- and relationship-focused transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 5–8 years in strategy, finance, consulting, retail banking, or network planning.
• Experience with branch or retail network optimization preferred.
• Experience with capital planning or investment prioritization.
• CFA, CPA, or MBA a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year retail network strategy for branches and ATM.
• Analyze market data, demographics, and performance trends to inform opportunities.
• Partner with Finance, Retail, and Strategy to evaluate ROI and business cases.
• Lead site selection, relocation planning, and optimization initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency within the network.
• Monitor branch and ATM performance metrics to guide decisions.
• Support transformation toward a sales- and relationship-focused retail model.
• Align network strategy with growth priorities for deposits and small business.
