Qualifications

• Driven by high performance in a high expectation commission environment.
• Background or previous experience in financial services and sales in an inbound or outbound call center.
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems/applications/workflows.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate initial loan applications and supporting documentation to assess creditworthiness.
• Communicate loan status updates, conditions, approvals, and/or declinations to ensure customers are informed.
• Manage and convert a pipeline of centrally provided leads.
