The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store associate to deliver exceptional customer service at TJ Maxx Texarkana. You will engage with customers, process transactions accurately, promote loyalty programs, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

The role supports operations across potential areas of the store as needed to meet business demands. Ideal candidates have strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork capabilities. Retail experience is preferred.

• Participates in store recovery and cleanliness.
• Supports safety, loss prevention, and labor policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
