Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising role in Leadville, Colorado. You will build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to help stores maximize sales opportunities.

You will also support leadership with reporting, scheduling, onboarding new hires, and training, while delivering friendly customer service and working with retailers and suppliers to shape the shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience required.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to work location.
• Access to a smartphone or tablet for recording work.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers, building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
