Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising team member in Maryland to build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory to help retailers maximize sales opportunities.

You will also support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, bringing energy and a customer-first mindset to every shift. No prior experience is required as training is provided, and 18+ with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves, rotate products.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
