Job summary

SAS Retail Services, part of Advantage Solutions, is seeking a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead in Blytheville, AR. You will lead in-store merchandising, build displays, rotate stock, and track inventory to optimize sales.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Able to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Safety-first mindset in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
