Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• 18 years or older required.
• Capability to move, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Ability to record work using a smartphone or tablet after each shift.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs (build displays and end caps, reset shelves, product rotation).
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
